EMMA TRINCI

A Montreal native, Emma Trinci’s passion for the Arts and its history has been fueled by her Italian heritage.  Her dream of one-day travelling across Italy and the world to study and experience art of the past is an essential part of what influences what she creates now.  It has been an integral part of who she is and became a form of therapy, getting her through some tough times earlier on in life.  Emma’s art is a translation of her emotions.  Colour and composition become the inspiration as they blend and transfer onto the canvas.  Experimenting with new techniques nurtures her creative process.  While studying Art History and Studio Arts at Concordia University, she expands her love and knowledge for it.  There is an abundance to learn from the art masters.  With a deep appreciation and love for Art in its many forms, Emma invests her time in a variety of art-based activities and is a board member for Concordia’s student-run gallery.  Connection on a deeper level is where we understand one another within the community.  Her global approach to evolving as an artist is where you can find Emma invested in.
